WHEN MEN ARE SILENT

When Men Are Silent was founded in Baltimore City on the concept that when men’s mental health struggles are left unspoken, the whole community suffers. Together, we share the responsibility – men for caring for themselves and communities for holding space to heal. We meditate in silence and in community to bring awareness to the mental health challenges men face.

Monthly Men’s Circle
When Men Are Silent is partnering with The Sedona House in Baltimore to host a free gathering for individuals who identify as men to meditate in community and speak openly about their mental health.
This gathering begins with a 20-minute silent meditation. Following the meditation, men are welcomed (but not required) to share openly about their mental health and their lived experiences broadly. The meeting concludes with opportunities for fellowship and connecting with other men in the space.

Monthly Men’s Pilates
Our Men’s Pilates Class is a monthly space to reconnect with your body, quiet the noise, and build strength from the inside out.
Designed specifically for men looking to improve mobility, reduce stress, and support mental well-being.
Each class ends with a short reflection circle, offering time to reset, release, and connect with others in the brotherhood.
